What is Life Elements?
Life elements has organically developed as I noticed the valuable Elements of positive health that were void in the Personal Training Industry. For an Industry that prides itself on health and wellbeing, there seamed to be a primitive understanding of what constitutes this. It is imperative to have an understanding of the valuable elements the come together to improve body, mind and heart. Without nurturing them all it is impossible to improve on just one. This understanding teaches us that health and wellbeing is anything but a destination. It is a lifelong journey to be embraced, enjoyed, appreciated and valued. Marissa Frew x
Who is Marissa Frew?
Health, wellness and positive living has been such an amazing development in Marissa’s life. It has not always been that way. Like many Marissa has come from a life of junk food, excessive drinking and smoking which only ever leads to depression and eventually degenerative disease. Blessed to have hit her great low at a young age, healthy living became the only choice left to feel better. This wondrous new lifestyle became Marissa’s back bone when she dared to embrace a life of instability, uncertainty and insecurity (all the things that make life fun if you ask me ;)) From the study, travel, and personal experiences (good and more so the bad) she embraced the strength found from working with the mind, heart and body. From this, naturally she became extremely passionate about natural health, became a personal Trainer, public speaker, empowerment coach, stretching and Yoga nut, writer and all round healthy living enthusiast! Marissa has come from 12 years in the Modelling, Television and TVC industries and as much as she loved it, there were many moments that tested her ability to stay strong in her convictions and in self belief. From her teens she found the support needed in the ‘Life Elements’ that promote positive health. From physical fitness through to natural health and the array of holistic therapies available, Marissa found that learning to collaborate these elements instilled a profound sense of empowerment and understanding of not just the body but also the mind, heart and soul.
What does Life Elements Provide?
Life Elements creates health and lifestyle programs, Personal Training, group training sessions and positive health information to support you on your new found journey. Everything from Stretching and Positive Energy through to Super Food snacks, Green juices and emotional healing. Marissa is the co-founder of the incredible Fit to Travel program specifically created for frequent corporate travellers. She is available for Personal Training sessions and as a guest speaker and accompanies her training with an array of positive health and healthy living information as well as carefully directing you to the right natural health practitioners who will assist you as you progress forward.
We are all crying out to find cures for Dis-ease and yet most of us refuse the simple pleasures of finding ways to improve on our own energy, lifestyle and environment. Sickness and dis-ease are sure fire signs that you have ignored the signals for too long! Health and lifestyle maintenance is Key. Learning how to teach ourselves to live better and what that involves is what Life Elements Provides.
